Dr. Eric Jacobs, D.M.D.

Dr. Jacobs is a highly skilled dentist who graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine before completing a General Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital. He honed his skills working alongside his father, a dentist of 45 years, and developed a high-quality, family-oriented, multi-disciplinary, and comprehensive approach to dental care.
Dr. Jacobs has continued to augment his skillset with countless hours of continuing education since 2014, in all facets of dentistry, including cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry, Invisalign® clear aligners, endodontics, and periodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association®, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Spear Study Club.
Dr. Jacobs and his wife, Bernadette, both returned to the Roswell and Marietta area where Bernadette grew up and graduated from Lassiter High School. They have two wonderful children and love spending as much time outdoors as possible. Dr. Jacobs can be found pursuing his other passions, including automobiles, ice hockey, cooking, and woodworking when he is not working.
Dr. Jacobs is a Doctor of Dental Medicine, or DMD, as opposed to a Doctor of Dental Surgery, or DDS. However, dentists with a DMD have the same training as those with a DDS. To read more about the similarities between the degrees, check out the DMD vs DDS page.
